Mike Elrod has been a partner of Elrod Development since its inception in 1998 and Sonrise Properties in 2002 and is currently the Managing Partner.

Prior to being a founding member of Elrod Development, Mike was owner/manager of Oxy+Plus Inc., the family owned home healthcare company. Additionally, Mike is currently on the board of directors of Brightree Software since 1999 and is the current president of Currahee Home Builders, Inc.

Mike is an active member of the Gwinnett, Walton and Athens-Clarke County Chambers of Commerce and the Council for Quality Growth.

Mike was born in Murfreesboro, TN, and is a 1982 graduate of Stone Mountain High School. He currently resides in Hoschton, GA with his wife Laura and their daughter Haley.

Mike enjoys playing with daughter Haley, golfing, boating, and landscaping. He and his family are members of Hebron Baptist Church.
